The US Treasury’s announced Sunday the full removal of Sanctions against UC Rusal, effective immediately. The US Treasury lifted the Sanctions imposed last April 6, 2018 were removed following a notification to Congress on December 19, 2018 and acknowledging that Rusal has reduced Oleg Deripaska’s direct and indirect shareholding stake.
