Keymark Corporation installs new regenerative burners to the aluminum casting unit at it’s Fonda, NY facility. The more eco-friendly burners consume a fraction of the natural gas as the previous one’s and are more energy efficient as they increase the melting rate cycle. State of the art PLC controls were simultaneously installed to the unit to improve overall efficiency. Keymark NY casts 6063 and 6005A aluminum alloys used in it’s extrusion operation at the Fonda facility.
