Keymark Corporation is pleased to announce today that we are undergoing an extensive $ 2.6 million extrusion press upgrade to our current large press in Lakeland, FL effective March 24, 2014. The aluminum extrusion press capable of producing shapes up to 14″ in diameter is undergoing extensive production improvements. The press is being equipped with a new state-of-the-art water quenching, double puller, kevlar belt conveyor handling system as well as improved cutting equipment and is scheduled to be back in full operation the week of April 7th, 2014. The result will be improved water quenching capabilities, production efficiencies, surface finish quality as well as cutting capabilities.
